Seen us advertise before? Get used to it! As a recruitment agency we are constantly recruiting on behalf of our amazing clients as well as for our own internal roles, in particular sales people.
We are growing and we are unashamedly proud of that fact and are now on the lookout for our next batch of superstars to join our team as entry-level Sales & Recruitment Executives.
These are full-time positions based at our Melbourne CBD office on Lonsdale Street.
In a nutshell, as a Sales & Recruitment Executive at EO, you'll be selling our range of amazing recruitment solutions, over the phone, to clients from multiple locations and industries across Australia.
With the Employment Office model, our clients get full transparency and are bought in to what we do. That starts with you.
Your days will be primarily filled with identifying new and future clients - calling to engage with them and articulating the value we deliver.
From there you bring in a specialist from one of our in-house advertising, shortlisting, or recruitment software teams, to explain our methods and the benefits we can offer them and then together, you'll close the sale.
Job done? Not quite! From then on you'll play an integral part in account management and ensuring ongoing client delight in our service offering.

In return, we ask that you are articulate with the confidence, ability and willingness to instigate telephone contact with senior business people that are advertising for staff.
This will be crucial to your success. You also need KIPPA - keenness, intelligence, persistence and attitude - in bucketloads.
You don't need any formal qualifications but any experience working in a business environment will be beneficial as you will need to have a good understanding of 'who's who in the zoo' when contacting organisations and finding key decision makers.
